Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using 420nChill.com. By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms you must not use this service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 420nChill, an adults-only online dating and social community located at 420nChill.com (the “Platform”, “Site”, “Service”, or “420nChill”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Member”, or “you”) and 420nChill (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for an account, accessing the Site, browsing content, or using any features of the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will notify you by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

IMPORTANT NOTICE

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO USE THIS PLATFORM.

420nChill is strictly an adults-only community. Access by persons under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. We take underage access seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age immediately and without notice.

To be eligible to create an account and use 420nChill you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, or other business entity registering on behalf of an organization
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You must not be prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or removed from 420nChill or any related services
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 420nChill reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account that cannot provide adequate verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 420nChill you must register for a member account. During registration you will be required to provide certain personal information including your name, email address, date of birth, and gender. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify 420nChill immediately at support@420nchill.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 420nChill will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one active account on 420nChill. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts intended to impersonate another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Verification

420nChill may require you to verify your identity or age at any time using methods including but not limited to email verification, phone number verification, or government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Membership Levels and Paid Services

420nChill offers both free and paid membership tiers. The following membership levels are available on the Platform:

• Spark (Free) — Basic access to browse and create a profile
• Flame ($9.99/month) — Includes unlimited messaging
• Desire ($19.99/month) — Includes see who liked you and advanced search
• Passion ($34.99/month) — Includes profile boosts and read receipts
• Forever ($59.99/month) — Full access including VIP badge and priority listing

4.1 Billing and Renewal

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis either monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By providing your payment information you authorize 420nChill to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your Account Settings page or by contacting support@420nchill.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. 420nChill does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4.3 Refund Policy

420nChill offers a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase of a new paid membership. After this 48-hour window all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to support@420nchill.com with your account email and reason for the request.

4.4 Price Changes

420nChill reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increase to existing subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

420nChill is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and authentic community for all members. By using the Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these standards at all times.

5.1 You Agree to:

• Treat all other members with dignity and respect
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and communications
• Report any suspicious, abusive, or illegal behavior using our reporting tools
• Protect your own personal safety and exercise caution when interacting with other members

5.2 You Agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other member
• Post or share any content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory
• Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other members
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, age, or appearance
• Use the Platform to advertise, promote, or solicit business services of any kind
• Send unsolicited mass messages, spam, or automated communications
• Collect, harvest, or store personal data about other members without their consent
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform’s servers or security systems
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform
• Share another member’s private information with third parties without their consent
• Engage in any form of illegal activity through or in connection with the Platform

Violation of any of the above prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

420nChill allows you to upload, post, share, and publish content including photographs, profile information, messages, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting User Content you grant 420nChill a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

6.2 Content Standards

All User Content must comply with the following standards:

• Photos must be recent, accurate representations of yourself
• Profile information must be truthful and not misleading
• Content must not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content must not contain nudity, explicit sexual material, or graphic violence
• Content must not include personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in profile photos

6.3 Content Removal

420nChill reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content on the Platform but may do so at our discretion.

6.4 420nChill Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform that is not User Content, including but not limited to the 420nChill logo, design, text, graphics, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of 420nChill and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any 420nChill intellectual property without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at 420nChill.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the Platform. By using 420nChill you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

420nChill uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information including SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the Platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@420nchill.com. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after account deletion.

8. Safety and Community Guidelines

420nChill is committed to the safety of all members. While we take reasonable steps to promote a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct or intentions of other members. You agree to take personal responsibility for your own safety when interacting with other members both online and in person.

8.1 Online Safety Tips

• Never share your home address, workplace, or financial information with someone you have just met on the Platform
• Use 420nChill’s in-app messaging system until you are comfortable sharing personal contact details
• Trust your instincts. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them immediately
• Research someone before meeting them in person for the first time
• Always meet in a public place for a first in-person meeting
• Tell a trusted friend or family member where you are going and who you are meeting

8.2 Reporting Abuse

If you encounter any member who you believe is behaving inappropriately, threatening your safety, or violating these Terms you should report them immediately using the report button on their profile. 420nChill takes all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may also contact us directly at safety@420nchill.com for urgent safety concerns.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantee of Results

420nChill does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, friend, or any other type of connection through use of the Platform. The Platform is provided as a tool to facilitate connections between members and we make no warranties about the outcomes of those connections.

9.2 Platform Availability

420nChill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time with or without notice.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 420nChill is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and those third parties.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 420nChill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Platform, even if 420nChill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to 420nChill in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your 420nChill account at any time by going to Account Settings and selecting Delete Account, or by emailing support@420nchill.com. Upon termination your profile will be removed from the Platform. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Termination by 420nChill

420nChill reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
• Providing false information during registration
• Being under 21 years of age
• Failure to pay applicable membership fees
• Any behavior that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful to other members or the Platform

Upon termination by 420nChill you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid except as required by applicable law. 420nChill is not obligated to provide you with a reason for termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding you agree to first contact 420nChill at legal@420nchill.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.

11.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 420nChill with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 420nChill.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. 420nChill may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.
