- Pages and features you visit and the time you spend on them
- Referring website or source that brought you to 420nChill
- Clickstream data and actions taken within the Platform

2.3 Information from Third Parties
If you choose to register or log in using a third-party service such as Facebook or Google we receive certain information from that service including your name, email address, and profile photo, subject to the privacy settings you have configured on that platform. We only receive information that you have authorized those services to share with us.

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
3.1 To Provide and Operate the Platform
- Create and manage your member account
- Display your profile to other members based on search criteria and compatibility
- Enable messaging and communication features between members
- Process membership payments and manage your subscription
- Verify your age and eligibility to use the Platform
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
3.2 To Improve and Personalize the Service
- Analyze usage patterns to improve Platform features and user experience

4. How We Share Your Information
420nChill does not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below.
4.1 With Other Members
Certain information in your profile is visible to other members of the Platform as part of the core dating service. This includes your display name, age, location (city/state level), profile photos, bio, and interests. You control what information you include in your public profile and can adjust visibility settings in your Account Settings.
Private messages you send to other members are visible only to you and the recipient. However, please be aware that any information you share in messages is subject to the recipient’s own use and we cannot control how they handle that information.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and must maintain appropriate security measures. Our service providers include:
- Payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) for handling membership billing and subscriptions
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for storing and serving Platform data
- Email service providers for sending transactional and marketing communications
- Analytics providers for understanding Platform usage and performance
- Customer support software providers for managing member inquiries
- Identity and age verification services
4.3 For Legal Reasons

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of your request, except in the following circumstances:
- We are required to retain certain data to comply with applicable laws or regulations
- We need to retain data to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- The data has been anonymized and can no longer be linked back to you
- We have a legitimate legal basis to retain the data for a longer period
Payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by financial regulations. Logs related to safety and abuse investigations may be retained for up to five years to protect the integrity of the Platform.

6.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from 420nChill at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by updating your notification preferences in Account Settings. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account and membership.
6.3 Profile Visibility
You can control the visibility of certain profile information through your Account Settings. You may also choose to hide your profile from the member directory temporarily, for example if you want to take a break from the Platform without deleting your account.
6.4 Account Deletion
You may delete your 420nChill account at any time by going to Account Settings and selecting Delete Account or by emailing support@420nchill.com. Deleting your account will remove your profile from the Platform and initiate deletion of your personal data as described in Section 5 above.
7. Data Security
420nChill takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement a range of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest including passwords (which are hashed and salted and never stored in plain text)
- Secure payment processing through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms we will notify affected members and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

420nChill uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, understand how the Service is used, and deliver relevant content and features.
8.1 What Are Cookies

420nChill is strictly an adults-only Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. Our Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under 21 years of age.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 21 years of age we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has created an account on our Platform please contact us immediately at safety@420nchill.com and we will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
Parents or guardians who believe their child under 21 has provided us with personal information should also contact us at privacy@420nchill.com so we can take immediate corrective action.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or operated by 420nChill. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit or use.
When you use social login features such as Facebook Login or Google Login you are also subject to those platforms’ respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies before connecting your accounts.
Our payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is subject to their respective privacy policies and security practices. 420nChill does not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
11.1 Right to Know

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level of quality because you exercised your rights under CCPA.
11.4 Do Not Sell My Personal Information
420nChill does not sell personal information to third parties as defined under CCPA. If our practices change we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with notice and the ability to opt out before any such sale occurs.
11.5 How to Submit a CCPA Request
To submit a CCPA request please contact our Privacy Team at privacy@420nchill.com with the subject line “CCPA Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond to your request within 45 days as required by law.
12. International Data Transfers
420nChill is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country.
By using 420nChill you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed, including by using standard contractual clauses where required by applicable law.
13. GDPR Rights for EU and EEA Users
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal data. Our legal basis for processing your personal data includes:

In addition to the rights described in Section 6 EU/EEA users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority if they believe their data has been processed unlawfully.
